Nestled in the mountains of Idaho, we print books that serve a better purpose:
to bring humanity together and help us care for one another.

A World of Flavor and Perspective from Idaho’s Refugees and Friends
“Food for Thought” is a collection of recipes and stories from refugees who have come from countries all over the world, as well as those who work with them. Each of these refugees has been resettled in Idaho. By reading it, by entering your kitchen and making someone’s recipe, a recipe that came from their home, you are letting that person in. While you cook, read a small part of their story, and let that in, as well. This is only a collection of stories and recipes from refugees and those who work with them in one relatively small corner of America. But giving ourselves a chance to be open to a little “food for thought” is a place to start and a place to change our hearts and our thinking. Things begin to change when we allow ourselves to become a part of each other.
